Terms of Service
These terms regulate the conditions and procedures for using the GradMatch platform (the "Service") operated by Flip-ers Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and the Company. These terms are based on Korean law and apply to all domestic and international members using the GradMatch service.
Article 1 Purpose
These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between members (individuals, companies) using the GradMatch service and the Company.
Article 2 Definition of Terms
- "Service" refers to the GradMatch platform and related additional services provided by the Company.
- "Member" refers to an individual or company that has agreed to these terms and completed membership registration.
- "Individual Member" refers to individual users who apply for research lab/job postings or seek matching.
- "Corporate Member" refers to members who wish to recruit matching candidates such as research labs or companies.
Article 3 Effectiveness and Changes of Terms
- These terms take effect by being posted on the service's initial screen or connection screen.
- The Company may revise the terms as necessary within the scope of not violating related laws, and will notify in advance when making changes.
- If you do not agree to the changed terms, members may terminate the service agreement.
Article 4 Membership Registration and Management
- Membership registration is established by the user's consent and the Company's approval.
- Members must provide accurate information and cannot steal others' information or enter false information.
- When changes occur in member information, they must be corrected immediately.
Article 5 Service Provision and Changes
- The Company provides research lab/company matching, job application support, and other related services to members through the GradMatch platform.
- The Company may add, change, or discontinue service content as needed for service improvement and operational purposes.
Article 6 Member Obligations
- Members must comply with relevant laws, these terms, and the Company's operational policies.
- Members must not misuse the service or engage in activities that harm others.
- Members are responsible for managing their own accounts and passwords.
Article 7 Company Obligations
- The Company complies with relevant laws and these terms, and strives to provide stable services.
- The Company follows the privacy policy to protect member information.
- The Company makes every effort to promptly handle member complaints and grievances.
Article 8 Service Use Restrictions and Termination
- The Company may restrict service use or terminate contracts if members violate the terms or laws, or interfere with service operations.
- Members may request service withdrawal at any time, and the Company will process it according to relevant laws.
Article 9 Intellectual Property Rights
- GradMatch service and related content copyrights and trademarks belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
- Members cannot reproduce, distribute, sell, transmit, or modify the service without prior consent from the Company.
Article 10 Disclaimer
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, force majeure, or member negligence.
- The Company does not intervene in or take responsibility for transactions or disputes between members or between members and third parties.
Article 11 Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
- Disputes between the Company and members are governed by Korean law, and the jurisdiction is Korean courts.
- Disputes between the Company and members should be resolved through consultation.
- If consultation is difficult, lawsuits may be filed in courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 12 Other
- Matters not specified in these terms are governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
- The Company may establish separate detailed operational policies as needed and notify members of their content.
